Artist Perri Howard leads a workshop on exploring abstraction.  Abstraction allows us to explore the intrinsic nature of things. This comprehensive workshop is designed to help your bridge the gap between representational drawing and abstraction.

The course begins with a series of fun, easy exercises to explore new directions in drawing, composition, proportion, and scale. Emphasizing both technique and perception, you will learn how to draw “the essence” of any subject you choose. Participants will receive individual guidance and support. All levels are welcome. Ages 16 and over.
