Freestyle Dance

Bring a body that wants to move and share this open space we’re creating for heart-centered freestyle dance at the Twisp Movement Center. In this dance, there are no “wrong” moves. Dance through a variety of music and rhythms. Surrender to the way your body desires to express itself, and tap into deeper experiences of joy, ease and freedom. No experience is necessary. Dress in comfortable layers and bring some water. We’ll leave our shoes, conversations & the rest of the world at the door.
Every Sunday  9:00-10AM, $5 per session.

LFW School of Dance

LFW School of dance offers dance lessons for all ages in a nurturing environment. Classes for beginners to adults are offered in all types of dancing including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Modern.

Classes are based on 3, 10 week sessions and not on a monthly basis. For more information on scheduling, please contact Lorrie Fraley Wilson.
