Holly and Sara will be our featured artists for August 27.  Many of you already know Sara.  She will bring her paintings and artwork to Donna’s D*Sign studio (next door to me).  She is a gifted teacher and artist, and she is a fabulous girl with a great sense of humor.  Many of you have probably taken some of Sara’s dye classes or her flower pounding classes but if not you can see what that is all about.  She has taught a lot of  “Learn to Dye” classes.  Katie Haven took her dye class and that is where she learned to dye and make the beautiful colors for her yarn.  Sara will bring a fantastic array of beautiful artwork to this one day show.  You can come in and meet her and ask her all about her work.
Holly will be in my studio.  Holly’s passion is in spinning.  Many of you know Holly’s Hats that I have in the shop.  Holly loves to spin with angora.  She combines angora with wool or cotton or linen and produces a beautiful yarn.  She then crochets hats with her lovely soft yarn.  They are gorgeous and soft and feel luxurious.  They are also very warm.  Come in and meet Holly.  She can show you some of her spinning techniques.  She is absolutely an expert!!
