Join Diane Paton Peel for a class in painting landscapes with oils. Beginners are welcome.  Learn oil painting basics of painting sky, mountains, trees and water on a 11” x 14” canvas. Emphasis will be on perspective, color mixing , the importance of light, middle, and dark values.

 

 

 

Supplies to bring:

• Photo of a landscape you want to paint or a picture of someone else’s landscape art that you would like to try painting.

• 11” x 14” canvas or panel, brushes, oil paints, paint thinner, paint mixing palette, palette knife, rags, easel.
