Throughout the centuries, myths have provided such compelling stories for art work. An artist’s representation provides a concrete mental picture of a myth, mythological character or legend.

For this exhibit, we asked artists to respond to “Mythology” through their art, not necessarily depicting one specific time or culture, and to explore myths that engage the fundamental mysteries of life.
