“River Restoration: Comparing the Elwha and Methow Rivers” Award-winning Bureau of Reclamation engineer Jennifer Bountry, the 2017 “Federal Engineer of the Year,” will share an in-depth look at the natural and engineered work of river restorations, both in the Methow and on the Elwha River on the Olympic Peninsula where Bountry served as a lead scientist. The program is free and open to everyone. The doors open at 6:30pm and concessions are available for purchase.
