Self Defense Speed Dating, taught by New York-based instructor Elizabeth Harney, is a jiu-jitsu-based self-defense class for all genders and relationship statuses with a focus on situational awareness and emotional security. We will be trained to defend ourselves physically as we work to reveal ourselves emotionally. The class will involve rotational partner drilling, punctuated by exercises for mental and emotional resilience. Open to all.
