Learn how to design and create sculptural jewelry as you understand what is involved to work full-time as a silversmith. This 5-day intensive involves 8 hours of working time with a one-hour break for lunch.

Demonstrations will include soldering multiple joints in one piece, layering (soldering multiple sheets together), reticulation, creating 3-dimensional joints, texturing, basic repoussé and chasing, as well as fold forming. Students will create at least one sculptural piece of their own (and more should time allow).
