Time to let our tastebuds transport us to the sunny, snowless south as we dine on a Jon Brown dinner of Baja Med style cooking!

Aiming to learn, we asked, what the heck is Baja Med? As Jon explains it, “Many Mexican chefs, who worked their way up to be executive chefs in some of the best kitchens in the U.S., have started to move back to Mexico. So, what did these very experienced very talented chefs do? They put their hard earned skills to work and opened restaurant and hotels using the foods of Mexico and techniques they learned here. It turns out that Baja has basically the same climate and seafood as the Mediterranean – thus Baja Med was born…”
