About the instructor: Polson has not only written memoir and essay, but taught as adjunct professor at the Whidbey Wrtiters MFA program and at Hugo House, Seattle, among others. She has been the featured presented at national literary festivals. Polson holds her MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Seattle Pacific University.
